Articles of the Private Membership Club
These articles govern membership in IPC.Engineer, a private membership association. They must be accepted before accessing any content.
Article I — Nature of the Association
1.1 — IPC.Engineer operates as a private membership association (the “Club”), founded by Raven Rolland Gregg IIII, Peace Engineer, as a Peace Engineers project. All activities occur in the private domain between the Club and its members.
1.2 — Membership is by voluntary agreement. By creating an account, you apply for and accept membership, and all exchanges of information occur privately between members.
1.3 — The Club exists to share Science, Technology, Education, Art, Mathematics and Manufacturing (STEAMM) knowledge relating to Inductive Pulse Charging systems, for educational and research purposes only.
Article II — Right to Contract
2.1 — Members exercise their inherent right to freely contract and to privately associate. This agreement is a private contract between you and the Club.
2.2 — Membership content, guides, software tools and communications are provided exclusively to members within the private domain and may not be redistributed outside the Club without written consent, except for the open-source 5W materials which the Club releases publicly.
2.3 — The Club reserves the right to decline or revoke membership where these articles are violated.
Article III — Full Liability Release (0% Liability)
3.1 — IPC.Engineer, its founder, mentors, contributors and the Peace Engineers network bear ZERO PERCENT (0%) liability for any use of the information, designs, guides, simulations or software provided on this platform.
3.2 — The platform provides information only. It does not provide engineering services, professional advice, certification or supervision. Nothing here constitutes a warranty of performance, safety or fitness for any purpose.
3.3 — Building and operating electrical systems involves real hazards, including high-voltage pulses up to 1.7kV and greater at scale, stored battery energy, fire and arc-flash risk. Each member accepts full and exclusive responsibility for their own decisions, builds, tests, installations and their consequences, including injury, death, property damage or regulatory non-compliance.
3.4 — Members agree to hold harmless and indemnify IPC.Engineer, its founder, contributors and affiliates from any claim arising out of the member's use of the platform or anything built from its information.
3.5 — Commercial-scale systems (1kW and above) require licensed professional engineering oversight, which is solely the member's responsibility to obtain.
Article IV — Membership Pledge & Payments
4.1 — Membership in this benevolent fraternal private membership club is granted upon a minimum membership pledge of $33 per month (or $333 per year, a savings of $63). The pledge unlocks all build modules, the 3D Assembly Studio, the Simulation Lab, the IPC Build Assistant, and Raven's Research Vault, including all future open-source releases published to the Vault.
4.2 — Pledges are voluntary member contributions in exchange for access to private educational materials. Access is granted to the pledging member account, is non-transferable, and continues while the pledge remains active. Pledges may be canceled at any time from the member dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4.3 — Members who previously acquired lifetime tier access before the pledge model was adopted retain their access in full (grandfathered membership).
4.4 — This private membership association operates as an integrated auxiliary of Truths.Church, a 508(c)(1)(a) church, and is a key partner in the church's peaceful mission.
