Andrii Slobodian & Raven

The Infinity SAV MG10 Magnetic Motor-Generator — In Memory of Andrii

Raven met Andrii Slobodian over Skype in 2013 and developed their relationship remotely for years before flying to South Korea in January 2020. There, Raven purchased Andrii's patented MG10 magnetic motor-generator technology for $10,000,000 on behalf of Resonant Technologies Group (RTG) — a clean technology venture fund based out of Sausalito, California — where Raven served as a partner managing all energy investments alongside Nassim Haramein, Mark Hinds, and Roland Vandameer, with world-class engineers Destino Das and Andrew Murray. After returning from South Korea with the signed acquisition agreement, Raven received a list of Andrii's global distributors who had already purchased approximately $2,500,000 worth of territories worldwide. From January to August 2020, Raven worked to finalize contracts and business plans with Andrii and his team. Tragically, the South Korean laboratory was destroyed in an explosion that killed Andrii before Raven could bring him to the United States. Raven lost a brother, a colleague, and a brilliant inventor.

Key Developments

Connected with Andrii Slobodian over Skype in 2013, beginning a years-long remote collaboration on magnetic motor-generator technology.

Flew to South Korea in January 2020 to evaluate and acquire the MG10 technology in person, touring the Infinity SAV laboratory and meeting the engineering team.

Negotiated and signed a $10,000,000 acquisition agreement for the patented MG10 magnetic motor-generator on behalf of Resonant Technologies Group (RTG), a Sausalito-based clean technology venture fund.

Served as partner at RTG managing all energy technology investments, working alongside Nassim Haramein, Mark Hinds, Roland Vandameer, and engineers Destino Das and Andrew Murray.

Received Andrii's global distributor list — approximately 25 territories sold totaling ~$2,500,000 in commitments worldwide.

Spent January to August 2020 finalizing contracts and business plans with Andrii and the South Korea team.

RTG was 6 weeks late meeting escrow to send the first $100,000 by June 2020 — Raven remained loyal to Andrii throughout, always looking out for his best interest as he has with every inventor he has supported.

The South Korean laboratory was destroyed in an explosion that tragically killed Andrii before Raven could bring him to the United States.

Outcome

Raven's relationship with Andrii Slobodian represented one of the most ambitious chapters in his regenerative engineering career — a $10,000,000 technology acquisition of a patented magnetic motor-generator with an established global distribution network. The MG10 demonstrated real power output capable of illuminating entire walls of light bulbs. The collaboration between RTG and Infinity SAV was poised to bring this technology to the world. The tragic destruction of the South Korean laboratory and the loss of Andrii cut this chapter devastatingly short. Raven lost not just a business partner but a brother and a brilliant inventor. May Andrii Slobodian rest in peace.
